G.  Absolute Attribute 1 - His Spirituality:

1.  God is Immaterial and Invisible;  Jn 4:24  =   God is Spirit ;  Col 1:15

 

2.  But He can choose to manifest His Essence at any time or place and even at different places at the same time.

 

3.  Man is from God and is both Material and Immaterial.   2 Cor 4:16

 

4.  God is Life.  1 Ths 1:9 =  a living and true God ; Jer 10:10; Josh 3:10;   Ps 115:3-9

 

5.  This Life has no beginning or end.  Jn 1:1; Heb 1:12

 

 

 

 

6.  Man may share God's Eternal Life through belief in Jesus  Christ, which is called Everlasting Life.  Jn 3:16,36; 5:24;  10:10;  14:6; 20:31;  1 Jn 5:11,12

 

7.  God is also Perfect Personality, denoting self-consciousness  and self-determination.  He is aware that He exists.   Ex 3:14  =  I am who I am.

 

8.  This Personality always acts rationally and logically.  1 Cor  14:33

 

9.  Man's personality is due to the fact that he was made in the Image of God.        Gen 1:26

 

10.  God is to an Absolute Degree all that constitutes personality:

He is the absolute reality while man is a shadow image being made in the image and  likeness of God. Gen. 1:26

 

 

 

H.  Absolute Attribute 2 - His Infinity:

1.  God is without boundary or limitation except the limits He places on one attribute by another.  He is Infinite in Total  Love and Righteousness and Justice. 

 

2.  God may become Self-Limited, such as when He became man and as a man chose not to use His attributes.  Jn 1:14 cf Phil. 2:5-11    (Kenosis)

 

3.  His Infinity includes intensive energy and power.   Ps 8:3

 

4.  Infinity characterizes all God's Attributes.

 

5.  Because God is Infinity, He exists Eternally unsustained by  Himself or any other source.  (Zero Entropy)

 

6.  He is the Cause of all other existence.  Jn 1:3

 

7.  Because He has no source, He is unchanging.  Heb 1:12

 

8.  Immutability is consistent with God's Freedom. He is free to  do anything in accordance with His own Essence.    Js 1:13

 

9.  The Three Personalities are united by Divine Essence to an Infinite Degree.         Jn 5:44; 17:3; Dt 6:4; Isa 44:6
